Newsletter: Reminder to Set Up Your Profile

Dear Providers,

PREFD has been live for more than a week to our providers, allowing the time to set up your profile and posts your contents on the news feed. It will soon be time for PREFD to be going live to the market by 10th March 2020 (next Thursday) for you to gain exposure from service seekers.

In order to be one of the first to be noticed by the market, we encourage all providers to complete your profiles by 9th March 2022 (next Wednesday). For our providers that have yet to set up your profile, please refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Access the platform from your unique sign-in link provided

(please view the email was sent on 25th February 2022)

Step 2: Change your password

Step 3: Click on the hamburger icon (top right corner) and select edit profile

Step 4: Key-in your sub-services and other relevant information

Should you need any assistance on this profile setting process, please liase with our Customer Success Specialist, Mr Iqmal, for your onboarding training session that will run today and tomorrow.
